Houston’s New Agriculture Teacher

Q: Where are you from and where did you attend high school and college?
A: I am originally from Anderson, AL where I attended Lexington High School. I then went Auburn University In Auburn AL, where I spent four years and majored in Agriscience Education and Agriculture Economics and Business
Q: What is a vivid memory/memories you still have from your high school days?
A: Football Friday nights were the best and senior prank of moving desk on top of the lunch room
Q: What is a song/band you remember listening to when you were in school or that has made a lasting impression on you?
A: Probably Wagon Wheel singing it in the locker room
Q: What are some of your interests outside of school?
A: I enjoy being outside and working on the Family farm. I also enjoy all sports; especially football and baseball
Q: How would you describe yourself to the Houston High community?
A: I come from a small town and enjoy knowing everyone and working together. I am a hard worker and do not mind any task. I am very passionate about all activities I do and believe in hard work.
Q: If you weren’t teaching, what might you be doing instead?
A: I would probably be working in the Agriculture industry buying and selling commodities
Q: Which actor/actress should play you in a movie of your life?
A: Bruce willis is the man, all the diehard movies are awesome
Q: What is the most challenging thing about your job at Houston?
A: Adjusting to the size difference and its my first year of teaching so time management between teaching, football, and FFA can be demanding
Q: If you could have dinner with any one person, dead or alive, who would you choose?
A: George Strait he’s the man
Q: What is your favorite movie?
A: Shooter with Mark Walhburg
