VP Harris Goes to Poland, Laughs at Question about Refugees

During a meeting in Warsaw, Vice President Kamala Harris was asked about the refugee crisis in Ukraine, whether or not the US will be accepting refugees and/or helping Poland, and the humanitarian crisis they have on their hands. Harris responded the only way she knew how: giggling, only to dodge the question completely.

Well, to be fair, the Vice President did have an actual response. That is, “A friend in need is a friend indeed.” After that informative comment, the President of Poland, Andrzej Duda, said that he had asked the US to help in Poland’s humanitarian efforts.

Needless to say, critics of the VP were swift to call out Harris for her less than stellar interview. These critics, mind you, we’re not just your usual suspects (those who live on Facebook and Fox News). Even former aides to the Ukrainian had much to say. Iuliia Mendel, a former spokesperson for the Ukrainian President, said that “It would be a tragedy if this woman won the presidency”.

This is just one of the many “blunders” if you will, the Biden administration has had to go through during this presidency; making many wonders about this November for the Democratic Party.
