Terry Sanderson, a doctor from Utah has recently decided to sue award-winning
actress, Gwyneth Paltrow, for allegedly crashing into him on the ski slopes at the Deer
Valley Resorts in Park City, Utah in February 2016.
Apparently, Sanderson was minding his own business on the slopes, when all of
the sudden Paltrow, skiing out of control, slammed into Sandersons back, sending them
both tumbling. However, Paltrow’s evil plot did not stop here. As if running into the
doctor wasn’t enough, Paltrow allegedly, fell down, got up, realized what she had done,
and continues skiing as if nothing had happened, leaving Sanderson in some serious
pain in the snow.
Sanderson is suing Paltrow for 3.1 million dollars for her “hit and run” attack,
claiming that Paltrow caused him a permanent brain injury, a concussion, four broken
ribs, pain, suffering, emotional pain, disfigurement, and loss of enjoyment of life.
The ski resort has yet to make a statement on the matter but Paltrow’s PR rep
claims “This lawsuit is completely without merit. Anyone who reads the facts will realize
that.”
