Traveling out of the country or even just to Florida can be incredibly expensive. There are plenty of places in Tennessee to travel to that are inexpensive. If you have an adventurous side and are looking for a new place to travel you should check out Big Cypress Tree State Park. Big Cypress Tree State Park is located outside of Martin, TN and is about 2 hours and 30 minutes away from Memphis. The park consists of 330 acres of natural area along the Obion River. The trip is incredibly scenic. It is easy to find peace of mind among such beautiful nature. Another awesome nature  trip to take right here in Tennessee is a road trip to Cummins Falls right outside of Cookeville. The drive from Germantown is about 4 hours and 15 minutes away. Cummins Falls has one of the most popular swimming hole’s in Tennessee. Other great Tennessee trips include trips to Fall Creek Falls, Dollywood,  Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail, Ruby Falls, and last but not least, the Great Smoky Mountains. So, you don’t need to travel forever away to enjoy an awesome spring break. If you were planning on staying in Memphis for this spring break, you should consider taking a day trip to one of these awesome places.
