With the second half of the semester beginning, there is still a lot to look forward at Houston!

January
•    Basketball takes on Collierville TWICE this month! The first game will be at Houston on January 9 while Collierville will host the second on      January 30.
•    All West auditions for choir will be on the 17th.
•    We get a day off of school on the 19th for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
•    After our day off (the 19th), Winterfest week starts on the 20th-23rd.
•    And to end the month, pom will leave for Nationals.
February
•    Wrestling goes to regional championship on the 6th
•    Girls basketball goes to the district tournament on the 13th-18th
•    After the district tournament girls go to semi-finals on the 28th until March 1st.
•    The band will close out the month with a pajama concert on February 26th.
March
•    Baseball starts back up again on March 9th at CBHS at 7:00pm.
•    Spring break 16th-20th
•    Drumline goes to Jackson on the 27th-28th
April
•    With Good Friday on the 3rd, we get a day off for a long weekend.
•    Horizons will host field day
•    Prom will be on the 11th.
May
•    Last band concert of the year will be on the 18th at GPAC
•    Senior exams 13th-15th
•    Graduation on the 19th
•    Exams 20th-22nd
•    LAST DAY OF SCHOOL MAY 22!
